Each and every RAYLIGHT bike purchased at our dealer stores includes exactly the same warranty and will receive same services as it is purchased at our home store at #2-3475 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5R 5L5. However, a proof of purchase, preferably the receipt with clearly printed purchase date, is required at the time of service. Please contact us for your local dealer information.

RAYLIGHT DEALERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

i) An existing business with physical retail front. The electric bike business is very seasonal in Canada due to the weather pattern. Revenue from the electric bike business is very limited during winter time. Dealers need other business to sustain the revenue.

ii) A potential dealer has to be somewhat mechanic oriented. The electric bikes do not involve those complicated services as in motorcycles, instead, it's pretty much comparable to regular bikes. Dealers will obtain exclusive support from RAYLIGHT and its partners.

iii) Dealer will only display and sell RAYLIGHT-branded electric bikes in its retail store, and in retrun, will possess the exclusive dealership in its municipality.

iv) Dealer will need to meet minimum annual volume to retain its exclusive dealership.
